This warm and cozy vacation apartment is the perfect home away from home for your vacation! It is well designed and includes everything you need for your stay! The includes an A/C and heater, an electric stove, a perfect kitchen island for having an intimate meal, a sofa, TV, free WIFI, a double size bed and a bathroom with a stand up shower.

The apartment is designed in a way so that you can feel the separate areas and feel comfortable in each one. The bed and bathroom are on a raised platform making it feel separated from the rest of the house and the family room/kitchen area is on the main floor with high ceilings creating a comfortable and open environment.

About the Area:

The apartment is located on the quiet Shalom Aleichem Street in the heart of Tel Aviv between Bugrashov and Dizengoff Streets. You will enjoy the quiet air of the apartment while knowing that you are in the buzzing central area and that everything you could want to do is found at your fingertips!

Just a few minutes walk away you can find the lively Dizengoff Square with all of its coffee shops, restaurants, clothing stores, pubs, clubs and even a movie theatre! From here you ave two options: North and South.

To the North you will find the Old North, Tel Aviv Port and HaYarkon Park. The Old north is a beautiful area on the Northern side of Central Tel Aviv and is located just south of HaYarkon Park. In this area you can enjoy the quiet hum of people shopping in boutique shops, enjoying a cup of coffee with a friend or sitting down for a comfortable meal.
This area was once the more wealthy part of Tel Aviv and you can feel that in its comfort and design.South of the Square you will find Dizengoff Center and King George Street. This is an amazing area for shopping as you have the biggest mall in all of Tel Aviv which is bordered in each direction by smaller mom-and-pop shops with various specialties. Just a few more blocks and you will find yourself on the corner of Allenby Street where the lovely Carmel Market is located! The market is a great place to find trinkets and gifts for friends and family, to go food or clothes shopping or just to wander and try out your haggling skills (don’t be shy, the worst that can happen is they say no…)!

To the West of the apartment you will find Ben Yehuda Street with its variety of restaurants, coffee shops, smaller specialty stores and just two blocks from there you are already at the promenade (HaTayelet) and Frishman Beach (arguably the best beach in Tel Aviv)! This area
has fine sand, amazing sun, great swimming areas and beach volleyball courts. You can also enjoy the pitter-patter of MatCot, a fun paddle ball game that is a mixture of table tennis and volleyball!
